A blog format!

I’ve had others suggest that I start a blog. Initially I resisted, saying that most of my thoughts are communicable via twitter – as I most often link to articles and share simple ideas or thoughts about them.

I’ve decided, however, that this gives me an easier way to share when I have more lengthy thoughts, recap the events or Downtown LA happenings I’m part of, or post the ideas I have for development and redevelopment projects… and WordPress just makes it way easier to update.

I can’t and won’t promise regular or frequent updates — for that, I have twitter @stevenmwhite – but I can promise interesting ones. Interesting to me at least. Generally, it’ll be related to live events or Los Angeles (including developments in and around Downtown). Think: my twitter account in long form when needed.

Chances are, my blog will reference my tweets and my tweets will reference my blog… so subscribe here, and follow there.
